Frits heads Allen & Overy Amsterdam’s Intellectual Property team. He is an experienced IP litigator, handling cases concerning the enforcement and validity of trademarks, design rights, copyrights, patents and other intellectual property rights. His experience includes taking fast and, when needed, pre-emptive measures against IP infringements such as obtaining ex-parte injunctions and seizure measures by the Dutch Customs Service, preventing the import of infringing products.
